Main performance and structural features:

1. This production line adopts a fully automatic soft candy pouring production line that integrates continuous pouring with automatic demolding and a fan-forced cooling device;2. It adopts PLC and touch screen control, making operation simple and maintenance convenient;

3. It can produce gel soft candies, carrageenan soft candies, pectin soft candies, etc;

4. Various shapes and types of soft candies can be produced by changing molds or pouring heads, meeting the needs for multiple shapes and colors. The shape of the candies can be customized according to requirements;

5. It can achieve quantitative dispensing and mixing technology for essence, pigment, acid solution, and vitamins, producing various vitamin soft candies;

6. An optional syrup injection system can be equipped for making filled soft candies.
