The three-eccentric (three-dimensional eccentric) bi-directional metal hard seal butterfly valve is a new product developed by our company's engineering and technical personnel. Its performance has reached advanced levels both domestically and internationally, meeting the requirements of high temperature and high pressure conditions. It is widely used in industrial pipelines such as steel, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power, heating, and thermal supply for cutting off or regulating medium flow. The product features low fluid resistance, minimal erosion of the sealing surface; it does not change the direction of the medium flow, does not disturb the flow, has a small pressure drop, requires a small opening and closing torque, exhibits good process performance, and has a wide range of applicable pressure and temperature.
Currently, domestic butterfly valves generally adopt traditional designs, which suffer from unreliable sealing performance, incomplete valve body material varieties, and high production costs. These issues not only increase the investment in engineering projects but also cause unnecessary waste.
