The J565Y-1500LB high-temperature and high-pressure globe valve boasts a relatively short opening or closing stroke and offers an exceptionally reliable shutoff function. This type of globe valve ensures minimal change in the flow direction of the liquid. The valve stem and passage form a certain angle, and its valve seat sealing surface is angled with respect to the inlet and outlet passages. The valve body can be made in a one-piece design. The valve disc and valve stem are designed as an integrated structure to prevent the possibility of internal components being ejected from the valve body due to pressure fluctuations in the pipeline. The structure is compact and safe to use. With high temperature and pressure resistance, the valve body can fully withstand expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, and the structure of the valve seat section λ remains undeformed despite temperature variations. It adopts a welding connection method instead of a flange connection.
The J565Y-1500LB high-temperature and high-pressure globe valve consists of a valve body, valve cover, valve stem, valve disc, etc. For valves operating under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, the working conditions of their sealing surfaces are quite harsh, thus placing high demands on the performance of the sealing surfaces. For a long time, cobalt-chromium-tungsten, which is expensive, has been widely used as the material for surfacing the sealing surfaces of valves at home and abroad. In order to reduce costs, solve the problem of cracks during surfacing, and improve the machinability of the valve sealing surfaces, it is possible to try using a series of high-alloy bonded fluxes developed domestically in recent years for submerged arc automatic surfacing, such as No. 137 bonded flux, due to its good performance and moderate price. Once the J65H high-temperature and high-pressure globe valve is in the open state, there is no longer contact between its valve seat and valve disc sealing surfaces, thus resulting in less mechanical wear on the sealing surfaces. The valve seat and valve disc are relatively easy to repair or replace without having to disassemble the entire valve from the pipeline, which is very suitable for situations where the valve and pipeline are welded together. The flow direction of the medium through such valves changes.
