Overview
The MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear assembly is an advanced low-voltage switchgear developed by our company to meet the needs of our customers' industrial development. It is designed with reference to domestic and international low-voltage switchgear designs and has been improved upon. This product complies with national standard GB7251.1-1997, industry standard JB/T9661-1999, and international standard IEC439-1.
The MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear equipment meets various power supply and distribution needs and can be widely used in various low-voltage distribution systems such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings and hotels, and municipal construction.

The complete set of MNS low-voltage draw-out switchgear equipment possesses the following distinct characteristics:
●Compact design: Accommodate multiple functional units within a small space. The structural components are highly versatile and can be assembled flexibly. With E=25mm as the modular unit, the structure and withdrawable units can be combined arbitrarily to meet the needs of system design.
The busbar is protected by a high-strength, flame-retardant plastic functional plate with high insulation strength, which features arc fault resistance, ensuring safe and reliable operation and maintenance.
The mechanical interlocking mechanism of various sizes of drawers complies with standard regulations, featuring three distinct positions: connection, testing, and separation, ensuring safety and reliability.
● High-strength flame-retardant engineering plastics are used to effectively enhance protective safety performance.
The cabinet body can be selected with corresponding protection levels according to different requirements of the working environment.

Normal usage conditions
The ambient air temperature should not exceed +40℃, and the average temperature over a 24-hour period should not exceed +35℃. The lower limit of the ambient air temperature is -5℃.
The air is clean, and its relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is permissible. For example, at +20℃, the relative humidity can be 90%. However, it should be considered that due to temperature changes, moderate condensation may occasionally occur
The altitude of the installation site must not exceed 2000 meters.
● In places free from explosive gases, chemically corrosive gases, dust capable of damaging insulation, and severe vibrations, the installation inclination should not exceed 5 degrees.
This device is suitable for transportation and storage within the following temperature range: -25℃ to +55℃, and can reach +70℃ for a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours).
